Como Shop introduced a paid advertising strategy that brought noticeable progress in performance.

    • Como 1907, one of the oldest football clubs in Italy, entered a historic momentum after climbing from Serie D to Serie A.

    • The club launched the 2023–2024 season jersey in collaboration with Adidas, aiming to  Celebrate the club’s achievement and resurgence.

    • The key challenge was converting high emotional engagement from supporters into measurable online purchases, while maintaining cost efficiency during peak interest.

    • Implemented Meta Ads with Conversion & Catalog objectives, fully integrated with Shopify as the e-commerce backend.

    • Executed structured A/B testing across variative creatives, including 

    • Optimized campaigns using real-time performance signals to scale high-converting creatives and suppress underperforming variants.

    • Lower CPM compared to the previous month, indicating more efficient reach during peak demand.

    • Reduced cost per result versus the previous campaign, improving overall ROAS.

    • Higher conversion volume month-over-month, driven by optimized creative testing and catalog-based retargeting.
